In the third division we have placed the food of man, plants and animals, the product of the farm and the garden, including varieties of grain, vegetables, oil, etc., as well as dried fruit, the ingredients that enter into the composition of fermented liqueurs, spices, etc. ....; sugar from cane, beet, maple, palm, birch, poplar, oak, ash and grape.
For animal food, we see everything known as preserves, as well as bouillon tablets; oriental foods such as honey, blood, swallows' nests and industrial products such as gelatine, fish glue, gluten, etc...
