On the upper floor it measured 14,000 square metres.

Two spacious naves, one of which was subdivided into three, formed the upper part, below which was a very large basement of 4,500 metres, intended for packaging and commercial storage.

The construction industry in all its extension was represented in this palace by earthen materials, worked stones, tiles, mosaics, metal elements, roofing, reinforcement, lime, plaster, cement, locksmithing, lampwork, frameworks, wooden constructions, domes, ceilings, cornices, shutters, staircases, lifts, building decorations, sanitary installations, etc.
