John Moore, from New York, was the architect and builder of this unusual house. It consists of two floors; the first floor has a large living room with two living room, with two L-shaped wings, a spacious dining room and an office a study on a large porch.

The upper floor has two bedrooms with a bathroom in between. A roof terrace runs the full length of the house, providing a space for outdoor recreation or rest.
