A miniature railway, whistling and steamrolling, can carry eighty children.

Along the way it passes Lake Michigan and many huge fantasy characters, including the three bears, Jack and the Beanstalk--, Little Red Riding Hood, Jack and Jill, the tin woodsman from "The Wizard of Oz", a giant elephant, and the great sailor whose arms swirl in the wind so that he seems to fly away as the train passes the station.
