On the ground floor there was a reception hall and a staircase leading to a room whose main attraction was a panoramic view of the Mont Blanc Massif.

This room, furnished with Savoyard tables and chairs, was intended for the tasting of regional cheeses, confectionery and wines.

On the first floor, a rectangular gallery presented the small and large-scale industry, in particular the white coal industry and the breeding of the two dairy breeds of Tarentaise and Abondance.

Two wings flanked the main pavilion: on the right, the skier's chalet, representing a resting place in a winter sports resort; on the left, a small oratory with its carillon featuring mannequins dressed in costumes made in the villages they characterized.
