The Algerian Fine Arts Pavilion was treated in the character of the Roman buildings of North Africa.
The ensemble included a large room housing the works of modern Algerian urban architects, painters and sculptors and, in contrast, casts of Greco-Roman statues and a model of Djemila.
In front, on the avenue, a white marble portico, under which a large frieze reproduced the mosaics of Cherchell and Djemila.
