In a harmonious semicircle, two large galleries to the right and left of the central avenue were occupied by the stands of the Food Technology pavilion.

Here, the participants showcased the art and technology of their profession with real or figurative demonstrations of production and with dioramas, arranged in an instructive and attractive manner.

Displays of foodstuffs essential to daily life, statistics, and even tastings, would edify you on the ingenuity and the excellence of this industry of first necessity.

A festival hall was provided for numerous national and international conferences.

In front of the Palace, twelve small pavilions and two larger ones, built in the form of towers, presented products of different brands.
