This pavilion immediately stood out from the crowd with its high tower.

This tower was designed for the play of water, foam and light. It was connected by a water vault to the main pavilion, which was largely illuminated by large glass windows.

The main hall contained a documentation centre where major national organisations were represented.

In the hall on the upper floors, a presentation of great interest for its importance, its technical part and its value for popular education included everything related to fire safety in private homes as well as public establishments, alarms, emergency and extinguishing equipment, as well as measures against forest fires, the passive defence of cities, industrial or rural centres; safety at work and finally safety in tourism in all its forms: on water, in the air and on land.
