The pavilion was built on an area of 6000 square metres.

It was divided into stands which displayed everything that the foreign nations had not been able to place in their own pavilions or in the internationalised French classes.

The exhibiting states were: Austria, Bulgaria, Czechoslovakia, Denmark, Germany, Great Britain, Poland, Romania, Spain, Switzerland and Yugoslavia.

An Albanian group of exhibitors, a Chinese intellectual community under the auspices of the International Institute of Intellectual Cooperation and the international grouping Ort Union were also present.
