A very high tower dominated the soberly modern-looking Argentine Republic pavilion.

Inside the pavilion, decorated with two bas-reliefs recalling the history of the Argentine nation, you could take an interest in the various stands designed to acquaint you with: Buenos Aires, the social and economic issues as envisaged by this great South American nation, its industry, its public education, its different administrative services, its architecture, its painting, its sculpture, the fauna and flora of its different regions perfectly classified by family, its handicrafts, its railways, its shipping companies, its aviation, its telephones, its hospitals.

You could also admire the splendour of the garden with its great wealth of colours.
