The pavilion, located on the edge of the Avenue de Belgique, opposite the Atomium, consisted of two parts - connected by a bridge - one of which was a restaurant - tea room.

In the other part, the public could admire five windows centred on the theme: "Life in the year 2000".

There was a flat with functional furniture, a beauty salon, a nursery, a symbolisation of the "eternal feminine" and finally, in the middle of a Brussels where dream buildings have sprung up, a department store placed at the top of a mushroom tower and linked to the rest of the country by helicopters and aerial trams.
