An entrance hall gave visitors access to a vast exhibition area showing, in animated models, the complete process of making a typical can.
Visible from a gallery above, the "kitchen" presented the preparation of a meal in a completely mechanised and unprecedented way.
A self-service restaurant completed the visit to the Marie-Thumas pavilion.
