By building a pavilion, the newspaper "Le Soir" wanted to show its interest in the theme of the Exhibition.
Its intention was not to introduce itself to its visitors, but it was pleased to welcome them in a green and fresh setting - the pavilion included a water feature and a vast garden - where many stars were received.
