Paper and wood were the unusual materials used in the Swiss pavilion: a 38-metre-high paper tower and a meeting point with stone steps behind it.

In the restaurant, which was designed by famous Swiss artists, you could taste their specialities.

The theatre presented performances (dance, mime, circus, concerts and videos): an overview of the Swiss performing arts.

The exhibitions reflected the cultural variety: portraits of outstanding Swiss people and unusual, world-famous works of art.

In addition, fantastic, grotesque and unexpected sculptures and music accompanied the visitor.
