This was the first time that Lithuania participated in a world exhibition with its own pavilion.

The light, bright yellow, wing-shaped metal structure symbolised Lithuania's central theme of flight and demonstrated Lithuania's dynamism and mobility.

A virtual flight allowed the visitor to get acquainted with the past, present and future of the country.
