The pavilion was made up of vast terraces with large bay windows that gave a bird's eye view of a Mediterranean port where yachts were moored.
A three-dimensional 360° cinema invited the visitor to dive into the "invisible ocean", a film that was produced in collaboration with the Oceanic Institute of Monaco.
