A place where one can dream of a country without borders, where collaboration unites the territories of the same river basin. It is to this practical exercise of demonstrating shared basin management that this complex space is dedicated.
The 1240 square metre site has five different rooms with a clearly defined message. These rooms were designed by water management experts Victor Pochat and Carlos Fernandez Jauregui. At the entrance, a set of images and slogans symbolise the chaos of current political decisions. A staircase transports us to an idyllic world: the Earth before its 'physical degradation' caused by man and for which he claims to hold an optimistic discourse on the responsibilities of each individual. From the viewpoint that opens onto the pavilion's interior, a pool is set up. The playful part begins by following the access ramp: images, graphics, interactive games and videos show us examples of real-life simulations on the good and bad use of water. The journey ends in the square, in the river basin, which can be seen from above, where information on efficient water management is circulated.
