Bulgaria is dedicating its pavilion to the topic 'Living Water'. Videos, drawings and documentaries introduce the visitor to a world of myths, legends and rituals related to the purifying power of water, while at the same time showing how Bulgarians preserve and develop their water resources to create water tourism, resorts and relaxation centres. Among
the exhibition's focal points, which present the country's incredible resources and traditions, are the image of the seven large mountain lakes, which convey the idea of the mountain as the birthplace of water and a symbol of identity, the water curtains that create the effect of a waterfall, the video screen placed in a wall for documentaries, and the famous golden treasure of Panagyurishte. The aim of the exhibition is to show the water cycle as the basis of the complete life cycle of man and nature with graphic supports of iconic views and landscapes.
