The Greek marquee aims to illustrate the unique relationship between the country and water and the vital role that this resource played in the development of ancient Greek civilisation, as well as illustrating how cultural heritage can be transformed into an exceptional tool for water management. The marquee has three areas: the entrance, which introduces the visitor to the themes to be found inside, the exhibition and shop and the restaurant, which close the tour. The exhibition begins with a history of Greek mythology and continues with a reproduction of Greek waters that surrounds the public. The Eupalinos tunnel appears, illustrating the human struggle for the conquest of water, a decisive asset in the course of history. The perspective is accentuated by the metal rings and the real images of this passage that create a tragic atmosphere. A series of screens project images of Greek rivers and lakes, while panels illustrate stories of culture, tradition and mythology. The gallery is divided into three thematic spaces, which address the healing properties of water, ancient Greek technology and tradition through installations, graphics and texts.
