The content of the pavilion is organised in a linear fashion, forming a narrative thread that reflects the European Union's commitment to sustainability in the use and conservation of water resources and that is manifested in the five rooms of the pavilion (the human nature of the problem, everyday water, the challenge of agriculture, the challenge of industry and water for all). In addition to these five rooms, a reflection room is added, the circumference of which represents the sphere of the planet Earth and which is presented as a small, quiet oasis where aromas and sounds replace rational and visual stimuli. In the exhibition, the information is arranged in a natural sequence that allows the visitor to go from a more general presentation of the problem to a general presentation of the solution, passing through three concrete areas of action, that of the daily use of water, the use in agriculture and fishing and the use in industry. The pavilion is conceived as a volume formed by angular faces. This twisted volume not only creates the corridors through which the transit is established, and in which the whole exhibition is presented, but it also serves as a ceiling in some passages, creating rooms and galleries of different heights. The atmosphere is luminous, as in art galleries.
