Graphic and audiovisual media were the means chosen by Cyprus to convey its message in the Expo. A message that emphasises the water cycle and the measures to avoid drought and water shortage that have been taken in Cyprus. The pavilion offers an easy and comfortable visit, driven by the emotions of an atmosphere where multimedia messages are predominant. As you enter, a large image is projected onto a curved wall of 18 m2. Next to it, five screens and two sculptures make up the stage, which shows different landscapes of the Mediterranean island and its relationship with water resources. The floor is raised by 17 centimetres and covered by a layer of reflective parquet and ramps to facilitate access for disabled people. In the centre of the raised floor is a cylindrical water cascade and colour-changing lamps, while on the ceiling are projected different images related to water. Around the semi-circular screen, other circular screens are located on the sides which combine the use of graphics, plasma screen presentations and audiovisual equipment.
