The exhibition offers a sensory journey through the aquatic landscapes of Catalonia. Visitors will be able to follow the imaginary course of a river, from its source to its mouth in the sea. The journey shows strong audiovisual supports and also various information to know the policy of the Catalan Government regarding water. The visitor begins the tour under a "waterfall" formed by bottles of water from all over the world, donated by a private collection. The presence of Catalonia in the Expo is an opportunity to publicise the current situation in Catalonia in this field and to demonstrate the need for a change of philosophy, a new water culture that will make human development and the preservation of water resources compatible. Visitors will be able to access a wide range of information in a pleasant way, with audiovisual aids, multimedia programmes and virtual characters. On 11 September, Catalonia Day, there will be an open-air audiovisual show in front of the Aragon pavilion.
