The French restaurant, so cleverly installed by Messrs. Catelain and Bonvalet, has won the favour of the public to such a high degree.
In order to create eating places within the reach of all pockets, Mr. Bonvalet has imagined these little baby buffets where, for a very minimal expense, one can have a substantial snack.
It is also the house of Catelain, as we know, that has the business of the buffet of the press pavilion, this refuge so appreciated by journalists who, by profession, are obliged to spend their days at the Champ-de-Mars.
