The height of the pavilion at 19.99m signifies the year of Macao's return to China.
Designed as a rabbit lantern, the pavilion translates into the sense of harmony and skill.
Adopting glass membranes as materials, the rabbit can change colours continuously.
The wall outside is a fluorescent screen on which various images appear.
- The rabbit's tail and head are actually two hydrogen-filled balloons, free to rise and fall.
- The spiral slope is in effect a cinema in which visitors are surrounded by images as if in a time tunnel. The film about the customs and traditions of Macau accompanies you during your visit.
