The design of the pavilion is inspired by the fabulous dunes in the desert to reflect the varied and beautiful natural and urban landscapes of the United Arab Emirates. The pavilion consists of five parts. The cinema in the pavilion broadcasts a clip entitled "Instant in the blink of an eye", which shows the dramatic changes in the cities since the UAE was founded.
- The exterior of the pavilion is made of special materials. During the day, sunlight can penetrate the pavilion. At night, lamp light illuminates the entire pavilion, creating a magnificent scene.
- Two mysterious "youths" guide the visitors on a virtual journey to the UAE.
