The pavilion consists of a post office, a shop, a bar and other facilities. However, these buildings with different functions have been harmoniously combined. The multifunctional public square interprets the theme of the pavilion: the citizens are offered the chance of equality to actively participate in the urban construction and revolution.
- The "Havana Cigar House" will exhibit classic Cuban cigars, tell about the history and culture of cigars, and offer an on-site demonstration.
- The Cuban Art Centre shop will sell specialised handicrafts and CD-Roms, etc.
- The Club de la Havane bar will offer both classic and special Cuban cocktails.
