Black and white are the two main colours of the pavilion's exterior with a strong modern impression. The open exhibition space is divided by the semi-arched form. The exhibits, films, photos etc. present the long history and brilliant culture of Egypt and discuss how to learn from the stories to face the challenges of today and the future. It shows the important place as a cultural centre of Egypt and the surroundings of the capital - Cairo - "world mother".
- Authentic antique objects from the Pharaoh's time, together with slides, splendid documentaries, music etc. present all sides of the life of Egyptian citizens, including material culture, tradition, habits and customs, while highlighting the urban development of Cairo.
