The pavilion takes the form of the Môbius strip, whose 3D structure is called the Klein bottle; the exterior and interior of the building connect like a seamless street. National elements, such as the open-air courtyard, the ascending staircase, the traditional indigenous living space and the open Plaza de Bolivar, unite in the pavilion to present the culture, arts and life of Venezuela.
- There is no clear boundary between the exterior and interior of the pavilion; visitors will be surprised to find that, passing a corner or the staircase, one will find oneself outside the pavilion, having been inside a minute before.
- The concert offers many sessions including the performance of numbers by the famous Simon Bolivar Youth Symphony Orchestra.
