Japanese companies - Expo Shanghai 2010
The pavilion is assembled by 10,000 tubes and 10,000 nuts. The recyclable paper tubes are used for its interior decoration. The performances in the pavilion are rhythmic with the images changing every 3 minutes, allowing the visitors to move with them in a regular way.
- A 6-minute film "UTAGE" will be projected on the huge high-definition screen in the theme area, 18m high and 10m wide, showing elements of Japanese nature, culture and fashion from ancient times to the present.
- The Japanese restaurant allows visitors to enjoy Japanese cuisine of the highest standard.
- The shopping area gives a conception of the future post office, and discusses the means of exchange in a society with advanced communication techniques.
