Sweden - Expo Yeosu 2012
The Swedish Pavilion is designed to highlight the timeless theme of the environment. The Pavilion illustrates how the spirit of Sweden as the "Green Nation" helps to solve environmental problems and improve living standards. The main theme of the pavilion is the interaction between man and the ocean.
The pavilion is divided into four sections;
- first section represents "who we are
- second section shows "where we live
- third section describes "what we do",
- and the last section is "For Living Coasts and Oceans", which is the main theme of the Yeosu Expo.
Sweden has been committed to sustainable development for many years; the Sweden Pavilion aims to introduce the country's outstanding performance in environmental protection, especially for the ocean.
