The beauty of the exhibition of different countries is not always in direct proportion to the wealth of these countries. Spain, a poor country, has a very beautiful exhibition; the Netherlands, a flourishing kingdom, has a less than mediocre exhibition in the machine gallery. Wagons as uncomfortable as most of ours are, cars of poor taste, and that is all. This is all the more unfortunate, as in London, in 1862, we had already noticed the same weakness in the Dutch exhibition. To find something to note in the sixth group; we would have to go to the Park to visit the diamond cutting factory, and we are too limited by space to be able to pass through the Palace gates.
