Piazza Italia is the large central square located at the intersection of the two axes: the Decumanus and the Cardo.

This square is also characterised by the presence of four large sculptures designed by the architect Daniel Libeskind.

These monuments, called "The Wings", mix futuristic forms with suggestions inspired by biology and the roots of our human being.

And in the evening, these monuments are illuminated, and the sculptures are even more fascinating, thanks to the play of light that animates them and brings them to life.
