Visitors to the Citterio pavilion encounter a highly immersive environment for a profound experience.
The culture of Italian delicatessen is told in an exciting journey through the lands of origin of Casa Citterio's main products Prosciutto di San Daniele, bresaola, Parma ham, Speck Alto Adige, Milano salami, Bologna Mortadella, Prosciutto Cotto Vignola.

The area is designed to return an emotion to the visitor, whatever the duration of his passage. Even a quick walk through the pavilion will change his vision of things, as he will discover a very addictive universe.

The main protagonist is, of course, taste: in a large area with 7 workstations equipped with a cutting and slicing board, visitors can taste an assortment of the main products of Salumeria Citterio.

Finally, the Academy, with its historical values, expressions of lived tradition, offers a space to the "nursery", following the theme of the Italian Pavilion of Expo 2015, an area dedicated to the stories of experiences, motivations and hopes of 20 small business owners who have chosen to dedicate their careers to the Italian delicatessen.
