Chile - Expo Ghent 1913

Chile, too, had a demonstrative and original exhibition. A single exhibitor - as has been the case at previous international events - the producers of sodium nitrate. The installation was a sort of archaic caravel, moored to the large pond in the park, with a pontoon to access it. The public entered the boat and saw bags containing the fertiliser, and by reading the documents provided, they were able to see the effectiveness and popularity of sodium nitrate.
