The structure resembles the tree that produces the precious resin, while the interior features five zones detailing the benefits of frankincense to the country, including its uses in medicine, food and cosmetics. The mystical yet futuristic pavilion takes visitors on a journey that connects people and spirits across time and space.
The refined design of the Sultanate's pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, with its expressive facade, is inspired by the canopy of the incense tree - an emblem and heritage symbol that we all cherish for its importance in the Arab region.
