An exclusive new dining concept at Expo 2020 Dubai will host a stellar line-up of international guest chefs from some of the world's best restaurants.
The Jubilee Gastronomy Restaurant will host a rotating selection of chefs from Michelin-starred restaurants and establishments listed in 'The World's 50 Best Restaurants' and will offer ultra-luxurious experiences including nine-course tasting menus at the chef's table, dedications and photo opportunities.
Overlooking Expo's iconic Al Wasl Plaza, the restaurant houses an incredible dining room, lounge and rooftop bar. It is a unique and modern destination that promises mouth-watering flavours to delight the palates of all foodies.
The chefs showcasing their culinary talents include Heinz Beck, Vineet Bhatia and Jimmy Lin.
For the ultimate dining experience, the limited Chef's Table experience includes limousine pick-up and drop-off, a VIP cocktail in the sky and a nine-course gourmet tasting menu with fine drinks, with prices ranging from AED 295 to AED 3,500. The rooftop bar, meanwhile, will host the city's top mixologists and guest bartenders.
Guests can also expect a musical journey, featuring house, club classics, modern beats, lounge, jazz and more, with a live DJ on the terrace.
Experiences include nine-course tasting menus, book signings and photo opportunities.
Expo 2020 will be a gastronomic destination in its own right, offering a wide range of cuisines, venues and dining experiences in one place. From world-renowned chefs to futuristic food technologies, visitors will find something to whet their appetite at more than 200 eateries serving over 50 cuisines from around the world.
Overlooking the jewel of Dubai Expo 2020, visitors will be able to experience the Al Wasl Dome masterpiece from an entirely new perspective, as the world's largest 360-degree projection dome is only a stone's throw away.
Located on the 10th floor rooftop of the media center, Jubilee Mixology is an open-air space with a chic, family-friendly vibe. The ceiling has been decorated with faux flora and fauna, while the surrounding walls feature shelves to hold vases and photo frames.
Colorful furniture lines up against the glass wall, from which you can enjoy a full view of the glittering dome in the night sky. A live DJ plays a soundtrack of house, club classics, modern beats, lounge, jazz and more.
The bar menu, developed by chef de cuisine Guilherme Freire, includes specialties such as hamachi, smoked duck and wagyu sandos. The cocktail list was inspired by previous exhibitions and world fairs, with names like London, Milan and Dubai.
Jubilee Gastronomy is located one floor below and offers unique dining experiences at the "chef's table," which seats 30 people. Every Tuesday, the world's top chefs offer an intimate tasting for lunch and dinner, with a four or nine course menu
