Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) - Expo 2020 Dubai
The ASEAN Pavilion is located in the mobility district and is described as a one-stop shop for those who want to understand its role in the development of the region and provide an overview of the cultural highlights of the different member countries. An exhibition of ASEAN art and artifacts provides an opportunity to explore the region's creative and historical heritage. A variety of activities allow visitors to experience ASEAN culture through a dynamic photo booth with, upon request, traditional ASEAN national outfits, architectural puzzles, a digital quiz and seasonal art demonstrations. Visitors can also take the ASEAN Trail challenge and go on a mission to visit the pavilions of the 10 ASEAN countries with specific information to discover.
The theme of the ASEAN Pavilion is "Creating Opportunities for the People of ASEAN," which highlights our journey in building a prosperous regional community underpinned by peace and stability. Most importantly, it celebrates our rich heritage, cultures and diversity.
Our ASEAN Pavilion, along with the ten other unique pavilions of ASEAN member states, provides an opportunity to experience the warmth, hospitality and generosity that our people are known for, and to discover the limitless opportunities that Southeast Asia has to offer, whatever your interest, be it business, tourism, study or culture.
