Bolivia - Expo 2020 Dubai
Located in the sustainability district, the Bolivia pavilion reveals why lithium could be the energy source of the future and how the country is a perfect destination for ecotourism, from the spectacular peaks of the Andes to the teeming wildlife of the Amazon. Visitors will also be able to discover why superfoods such as quinoa - which comes from Bolivia's Altiplano, the high plains of the Andes - offer enormous potential, sample some of these culinary offerings and enjoy a series of cultural and artistic presentations.
Our pavilion has three main themes: the first is superfoods - Bolivia is very rich in grains, seeds and cocoa and we are especially proud of our royal quinoa; the second is technology - we have an electric car and bicycle in the Bolivia pavilion and we offer a unique opportunity to governments and companies that want to invest in renewable energy; the third is eco-tourism - we are very proud to present our biodiversity-rich landscapes, culture and food to the world.
The pavilion promotes Bolivia as the energy center of South America, with various investment opportunities to be explored in renewable energy and technology, and promotes the country to our visitors as a unique ecotourism destination.
