Also located in the lower park of the Champ de Mars, but on the La Bourdonnais side, and with the same surface area as the Comptoir National d'Escompte pavilion (100 m2), the Crédit Lyonnais building consisted of: a central building on a square plan, with a first floor and a dome; two wings with a ground floor and a terrace; two small turrets with a first floor and a dome, for the staircase and various outbuildings.

Here again, the building was made of wood and plaster. It was very well decorated and had a lively silhouette. The wings resembled the bow or stern of a ship.
