Almost hidden in a garden full of exotic plants is the Nicaraguan pavilion, the smallest in the international group.
Designed in the Spanish Renaissance style, the structure is typical of Central American countries, rectangular in shape and two stories high.
With the ever-present patio, or courtyard, it takes on a tropical character noticeable in the pavilions of other southern countries.
The lower floor of the building opens onto a large hall, suitable for exhibitions, and the upper part is divided into a state hall and flats for the curators.
Flowers brought from the isthmus have been replanted by the Nicaraguan gardeners.
